- Remote-first — Async collaboration, flexible hours, results over presence
- Small, focused teams — Tight-knit group of strong engineers who ship
- Ownership culture — I own problems end-to-end; I need an environment that lets me
- Freedom with accountability — I value autonomy in decisions and can always explain why
- Bias toward action — Fast-moving teams with minimal ceremony
- Engineering as investment — Companies where engineering drives value, not just supports it
